Vision

          Occidental Mindoro National College, the only state college in the province of Occidental Mindoro, is envisioned to be an agent of change for the holistic development of the Total Man, contributory to individual and societal benefits thru PIER (Production, Instruction, Extension and Research) functions.

Mission

          To train and develop a new breed of highly productive, creative, resourceful and innovative graduates through relevant and appropriate technology-based instruction, research and development, extension and production services, imbued with values spelled-out in the acronym ICE3R.
